摘  要:目的探讨远程网络正念瑜伽训练在社区内抑郁症患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年12月于社区卫生服务中心接受康复治疗的78例轻中度抑郁症患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组,各39例。两组均给予标准化抗抑郁剂治疗,对照组采用常规干预,治疗组采用远程网络正念瑜伽训练。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗4周末,治疗组的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗8周末,治疗组的17项汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)、HAMA评分低于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗8周末,治疗组的睡眠质量、日间功能障碍评分及总分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗8周末,治疗组的即刻记忆、词汇学习、注意评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的生理功能、身体疼痛、总体健康感、精神健康评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论远程网络正念瑜伽训练可改善抑郁症患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高睡眠质量、认知功能及生存质量。Objective To explore the application effect of remote network mindfulness yoga training in patients with depression in the community.Methods A total of 78 patients with mild to moderate depression who received rehabilitation treatment in community health service center from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and treatment group,with 39 cases in each group.Both groups were given standardized antidepressant treatment,the control group was given routine intervention,and the treatment group was given remote network mindfulness yoga training.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results At the end of 4 weeks of treatment,the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);at the end of 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of 17-Item Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-17)and HAMA in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).At the end of 8 weeks of treatment,the sleep quality,daytime dysfunction scores and total score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).At the end of 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of immediate memory,vocabulary learning and attention in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,physical pain,general health and mental health in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Remote network mindfulness yoga training can improve anxiety and depression in patients with depression,and improve sleep quality,cognitive function and quality of life.
