摘　　要：目的探讨β-磷酸三钙人工骨填充在颌骨囊肿术后骨缺损患者的修复效果。方法选取2020年1月至2021年1月就诊的95例颌骨囊肿术后骨缺损患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(47例,给予碘仿纱条术腔填塞)和观察组(48例,给予β-磷酸三钙人工骨填充)。比较两组的修复效果。结果术后6个月,观察组的冠状面、矢状面、横断面平均灰度值均大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3、6个月,观察组的垂直骨吸收量、舌侧骨吸收量均小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后3、6个月,观察组的探诊深度(PD)、临床附着水平(CAL)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3、6个月,两组的牙龈退缩(GR)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论β-磷酸三钙人工骨填充在颌骨囊肿术后骨缺损患者中的修复效果显著,利于骨缺损愈合,减少骨吸收,且并发症较少,值得推广。Objective To investigate the repair effect of β-tricalcium phosphate artificial bone filling on patients with bone defects after jaw cyst surgery.Methods From January 2020 to January 2021,95 patients with bone defect after jaw cyst surgery were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(47 cases,given iodoform gauze packing)and observation group(48 cases,givenβ-tricalcium phosphate artificial bone filling)by random number table method.The repair effects of the two groups were compared.Results At 6 months after surgery,the average gray values of coronal plane,sagittal plane and cross section in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 and 6 months after surgery,the vertical bone resorption and lingual bone resorption in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 and 6 months after surgery,the probing depth(PD)and clinical attachment level(CAL)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);at 3 and 6 months after surgery,there was no significant difference in gingival recession(GR)between the two groups(P>0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The β-tricalcium phosphate artificial bone filling on patients with bone defect after jaw cyst surgery has a significant repair effect,which is beneficial to bone defect healing,reduces bone resorption,and has fewer complications,it is worth promoting.
