摘　　要：地方本科高校秘书学专业人才培养模式在产业变革升级、行业分工细化和网络信息技术快速发展的背景下,亟需向应用型转变。本文针对秘书学人才培养现状,从明确培养目标、构建课程体系、组建师资队伍、落实实践教学等方面对地方本科高校应用型秘书人才培养模式改革的实现路径进行了探讨。Under the background of the industrial reform and upgrading,industrial division of the labor and the development of the network and information technology,the cultivation of the secretarial talents in the local undergraduate university is in urgent need of the reform to the applied model.According to the current situation of the secretarial education model,this paper probes into the realization path of the reform of the applied secretary education model in local undergraduate universities from the aspects of the clarifying the training objective,constructing the curriculum system,setting up the teaching staff and implementing practical teaching.
