摘  要:为降低地震对城市地下综合管廊内部管道运营安全的影响,利用三维有限元数值模拟对围岩-管廊体系进行模态分析,提出新型减隔震支架和减隔震支墩设计方案,对围岩-管廊体系、围岩-管廊-支架体系和围岩-管廊-支墩-管道体系进行动力时程分析,并对减隔震支架进行室内抗震性能试验。结果表明:围岩-管廊体系前十阶固有频率位于3.5~6.1 Hz间,与地震波频率接近,地震作用下容易出现共振;管廊横截面上部及底部棱角处动载荷均超过40 MPa,中上部位移变形超过30 mm,受地震作用影响大;地震作用下,减隔震支架最大位移较普通支架降低55%,且较大位移持续时间明显缩短;最大应力较普通支架减小26%,且最大应力由支架根部移至支架斜撑位置;减隔震支墩支撑管道最大位移较普通支墩降低9.97%,且管道位移相位后移;最大应力较普通支墩降低约24%;减隔震支架极限抗拉承载力为普通支架的2.39倍,极限抗压承载力为普通支架的4.53倍,抗震性能显著优于普通支架。新型减隔震装置的抗震性能及承载力明显优于传统装置,可有效降低地震对管线安全的影响。In order to reduce seismic impact on the operation safety of urban utility tunnels,a modal analysis and a dynamic time-history analysis of utility tunnel were carried out by finite element numerical simulation,with the design scheme of seismic support and seismic buttress determined.And a dynamic time-history study of support and buttress were made,and the dynamic load tests were conducted on support.Numerical simulation results show that:the first ten natural frequencies of utility tunnel are in the range of 3.5~6.1 Hz,which is close to the seismic wave frequency and easy to result in resonance.The dynamic loads at the top and bottom corners of utility tunnel are exceeded 40 MPa,and the displacement deformation at the upper corner are exceeded 30mm;under the seismic wave,the maximum displacement of the seismic support is 55%lower than that of traditional one,and the duration of the large displacement is significantly shortened;the maximum stress of the seismic support is 26%lower than that of traditional one,and the maximum stress moved from the root of the support to the inclined support position;the maximum displacement of the seismic buttress is 9.97%lower than that of traditional one,and the time of displacement was delayed,the maximum stress of the seismic buttress is 24%lower than that of traditional one.The maximum tensile capacity of the seismic support is 2.39 times that of the traditional one,while the maximum pressure is 4.53 times that of the traditional one.The seismic performance of the seismic support is significantly better than that of the traditional one.The research confirms that the seismic performance and bearing capacity of seismic equipment are significantly better than that of traditional one;the pipelines safety can be effectively promoted.
