摘 要:自强是个体不断提升自我,充分发挥自身潜能,努力进取,克服困难的一种人格动力特质。通过对36名优秀毕业生自强事迹访谈文本的分析,研究发现社会支持为大学生自强行为提供外部动力支撑,自我价值实现的目标为大学生自强提供持续内在动力;自我管理是自强实践的重要环节,自我调节对大学生自强韧性的形成发挥着积极作用,社会实践对大学生自强能力和效能感的提升发挥重要作用。基于这些特征,可以有针对性培育和提升大学生自强意识。Self-strengthening is a kind of personality dynamic trait that individuals continuously improve themselves,giving full play to their potential,striving for progress,and over coming difficulties.It is through the analysis of the interview texts of 36 outstanding graduates.Research has found that social support provides external power support for college students’self-strengthening behavior.The goal is to provide continuous internal motivation for college students’self-improvement behavior.self-management is an important part of self-strengthening practice.Self-regulation plays a positive role in the formation of college students'self-strengthening and resilience.Social practice plays an important role in the improvement of self-strengthening efficiency.Based on these characteristics,the self-improvement consciousness of college students can be cultivated and promoted in a targeted manner.
