摘　　要：随着区域产业快速的蓬勃发展,企业对于技术技能型人才的要求也越来越多。高职教育教学也随之需要满足更多的要求,高职院校人才培养面临多种发展机遇。在1+X证书制度下,专业人才培养要结合市场经济发展和市场需求,对专业岗位需求能力等都有多重要求。强化1+X证书制度与高职课程体系融合,是当代高职教育教学改革的一个新发展和新要求,是培养高职复合型技术技能型人才的必经之路。With the rapid development of regional industries,there are more requirements for technical and skilled talents from enterprises.Correspondingly higher vocational education and teaching needs to meet the requirements,and the personnel training of higher vocational colleges is facing various development opportunities.Under the 1+X certificate system,professional talent cultivation should take into consideration the development of the market economy and market demand.Strengthening the integration of the 1+X certificate system and the curriculum system is a new development and requirement of the teaching reform in contemporary higher vocational education,and is the only way to cultivate composite technical and skilled talents.
