摘  要:目的:全面了解国外数字化护理教育的现状、优缺点及局限性,为我国护理教育数字化的转型提供参考。方法:检索国外数据库,收集关于数字化护理教育应用的文章,检索时限为2017年1月—2022年12月。结果:共检索了2341篇文献,最终纳入16篇文献,提取24个主题,形成3个结果7个类别,概括为应用概况(应用现状、应用方式)、感知益处(个人益处、社会益处)、感知障碍(技术障碍、资金障碍、人员障碍)3个整合结果。结论:国外经验对于应对我国护理教育数字化转型提供了一定的借鉴和启示。基于此,提出我国应持续推进数字化护理教育基础设施建设、加快师生数字素养发展、创新数字化护理课程建设、建立数字化护理教学资源库。Objective:To comprehensively understand the status quo,advantages and disadvantages and limitations of the foreign digital nursing education,and provide reference for the transformation of nursing education digitization in China.Methods:Foreign databases were searched to collect articles on the application of digital nursing education from January 2017 to December 2022.Results:A total of 2341 papers were searched,ultimately 16 papers were finally included,24 topics were extracted,and 3 results for 7 categories were formed,which were summarized into 3 integration Results:application overview(application status,application mode),perceived benefits(personal benefits,social benefits),and perceived obstacles(technical barriers,financial barriers,and personnel barriers).Conclusion:Foreign experience provides some reference and enlightenment for coping with the digital transformation of nursing education in China.Based on this,it is proposed that China should continue to promote the construction of digital nursing education infrastructure,accelerate the development of teachers and students′digital literacy,innovate the construction of digital nursing courses,and establish digital nursing teaching resources.
