摘　　要：2023年中国将有1158万的毕业生走出大学校园,再创高校毕业人数新高,就业形势愈来愈严峻,主要体现在大学生就业数量大、质量参差不齐、岗位适应性差。而目前市场经济下,企业需要大量的专业技术和技能型人才,这些问题直指大学教育供给侧与社会需求侧之间的焦点——大学生职业能力培养。研究立足于产业学院背景下的民办应用型本科院校,通过问卷与实际调查的方式搜集资料,论证大学生职业能力开发的因素,阐述民办高校在大学生职业能力开发活动中存在的问题,并分析原因,最后提出利用产业学院完善职业能力开发的多边式发展思路。In 2023,there are 11.58 million graduates coming out of colleges in China,which is a new high in the number of graduates from colleges and universities,and the employment situation is getting more and more severe,mainly reflected in the large number of college students to be employed,uneven quality and poor adaptability to jobs.And under the current market economy,enterprises need a large number of professional,technical and skilled talents.These problems point directly to the focus between the supply side of university education and the demand side of the society—the cultivation of college students’vocational ability.The study is based on the private application-oriented universities in the context of industrial colleges,collects information by means of questionnaires and actual surveys,expounds the factors of college students’vocational ability development,elaborates on the problems of private colleges and universities in the development of college students’vocational ability and analyzes the reasons for them,and finally puts forward the idea of multilateral development of using industrial colleges to improve the development of vocational ability.
