摘  要:针对晋东南地区猪沙门氏菌病频发的情况,进行了猪源沙门氏菌血清型的调查与药敏试验,以提高该地区猪沙门氏菌病的防治效果。试验分别在晋东南地区的10个县区猪场采样。经细菌的分离、培养后进行鉴定,发现43株沙门氏菌中有41株确定了抗原类型,其中18株为鼠伤寒沙门氏菌,占41.86%,其次是里森沙门氏菌,占25.58%;伦敦沙门氏菌和德尔卑沙门氏菌各占9.3%;姆班达卡和纽兰沙门氏菌各占4.65%。药敏试验结果为:黏杆菌素敏感性最强(敏感率95.35%),其次是头孢噻呋、氧氟沙星和头孢曲松(敏感率均为93.02%);中敏感的药物是诺氟沙星(敏感率72.09%);而对阿莫西林/克拉维酸耐药性最强。In view of the frequent occurrence of porcine salmonellosis in the southeast of Shanxi Province,a serotype investigation and drug sensitivity test of porcine salmonella were carried out to improve the control effect of porcine salmonellosis in this area.The experiment was conducted on 10 pig farms in the southeast of Shanxi Province.After bacterial isolation and cμLtivation,identification was conducted and 41 out of 43 Salmonella strains were identified as antigen types,among which 18 were Salmonella typhimurium,accounting for 41.86%,followed by Salmonella Rison,accounting for 25.58%.Salmonella London and Salmonella Delphi accounted for 9.3%;Salmonella Mbandaka and Salmonella Newlands accounted for 4.65%each.The drug sensitivity test showed that colistin was the most sensitive(the sensitivity rate was 95.35%),followed by ceftiofur,Ofloxacin and Ceftriaxone(the sensitivity rate was 93.02%);The moderately sensitive drug was Norfloxacin(the sensitivity rate was 72.09%);The drug resistance to Amoxicillin/ClavμLanic acid was the strongest.
