摘  要:以国家法定甲、乙、丙三类传染病为例,前端基于Vue、ECharts、Three等框架技术,后端基于Spark、Springboot等技术,采用B/S架构设计并实现传染病数据可视化分析平台。该平台利用ECharts框架的地图、旭日图、树图、饼图、雷达图、柱状图等多元数据图表实现传染病的数字数据以及非数字数据的可视化,同时使用Three框架实现病原体3D模型的交互展示。利用该平台用户可以快速地获取到传染病的相关信息,通过数据可视化分析对传染病的暴发和趋势做出一定的预测,从而更好地辅助预防和把控传染病。In this paper,the national legal class A,B and C infectious diseases were taken as an example,the front-end was based on Vue,Echarts,Three and other framework technologies,and the back-end was based on Spark,Springboot and other technologies.B/S architecture was used to design and implement an infectious disease data visualization analysis platform.The platform used the maps,sunrise charts,tree charts,pie charts,radar charts,bar charts and other multivariate data charts of Echarts framework to realize the visualization of digital and non digital data of infectious diseases,and used Three framework to realize the interactive display of 3D model of pathogens.By using this platform,users could quickly get the relevant information of infectious diseases.At the same time,the outbreak and trend of infectious diseases could be predicted through data visualization analysis,so as to better assist the prevention and control of infectious diseases.
