摘　　要：在产业数字化、数字产业化的背景下,聚焦服务乡村振兴战略,紧盯毕节农业转型升级、特色发展、产业链延伸交叉、跨领域发展对高素质复合型技术技能人才的培养需求,提出数字赋能农产品加工与质量检测高水平专业群提档升级路径:数字农业人才培养模式创新、对接产业校企同频系统化数字化课程教学资源建设、数字农业育训人才团队建设、虚实结合专创融合搭建“五位一体”共享型公共实训基地、聚焦山地数字赋能开展“线上线下”一体化社会服务,党建引领项目驱动建立专业群可持续发展保障机制,培养理想信念坚定、具备数字素养的“知农爱农、服务乡村”的涉农专业技术人才、高技能人才、农村实用人才,为建设“一区三高地、五个新毕节”提供智力支撑。In the context of industrial digitization and digital industrialization,the article focuses on serving the strategy of rural revitalization,focusing on the cultivation needs of high-quality composite technical and skilled talents for Bijie's agricultural transformation and upgrading,characteristic development,industrial chain extension and intersection,and cross domain development.The article proposes a path for upgrading high-level professional groups in digital empowering agricultural product processing and quality testing:innovation in the cultivation mode of digital agricultural talents Connecting with the construction of systematic digital course teaching resources for industrial schools and enterprises,building a digital agricultural training talent team,integrating virtual and practical expertise and innovation to build a “five in one” shared public training base,focusing on digital empowerment in mountainous areas to carry out “online and offline” integrated social services,leading by party building projects to establish a sustainable development guarantee mechanism for professional groups,and cultivating firm ideals and beliefs agricultural professional and technical talents,high skilled talents,and rural practical talents with digital literacy who were “knowledgeable,loving,and serving the countryside” provide intellectual support for the construction of “one district,three highlands,and five new Bijie”.
