摘　　要：随着社会经济的高质量发展,我国农业经济水平逐步提高,粮食安全作为重要的国家安全战略而受到社会的普遍关注。而农业气象灾害会给农业生产带来诸多不利因素,对农业经济造成直接经济损失,甚至严重威胁国家粮食安全。基于此,着重阐述了农业气象灾害的相关概念及特点,进一步分析研究了现代农业气象灾害保险的构建与发展要求,提出了农业气象灾害及防灾减灾能力构建策略。With the high-quality development of the social economy,the level of China's agricultural economy is gradually improving,and food security,as an important national security strategy,has received widespread attention from society.Agricultural meteorological disasters can bring many unfavorable factors and difficulties to agricultural production,causing direct economic losses to the agricultural economy,and even posing a serious threat to national food security.Based on this,the relevant concepts and characteristics of agricultural meteorological disasters were emphasized,and the construction and development requirements of modern agricultural meteorological disaster insurance were further analyzed and studied.Strategies for building agricultural meteorological disasters and disaster prevention and reduction capabilities were proposed.
