摘  要:进入21世纪以来,随着科学技术的进步和社会的发展,木工机床联网和数据采集处理已经成为木加工领域的一个主要发展趋势。要想实现木工机床的智能化发展,首先就需要实现木工机床的远程监测,动态监测主轴等主要部件。SolidWorks Simulation是一种有限元分析软件,可以对机械结构进行静力学、动力学、热力学等多方面的分析。通过Simulation分析,可以预测结构在不同工作条件下的受力情况、变形情况和振动情况等,从而为结构设计提供重要的参考依据。在对木工机床进行远程监测过程中,机床主轴监测的点位选择是重点。为了进一步优化木工机床的远程监测效果,基于SolidWorks Simulation有限元分析,深入研究木工机床远程监测的点位优化,以便获取参数信息,为搭建点位监测平台夯实基础。Since entering the 21st century,with the progress of science and technology and the development of society,woodworking machine networking and data acquisition and processing have become a major development trend in the field of wood processing.In order to realize the intelligent development of woodworking machine tools,it is first necessary to realize the remote monitoring of woodworking machine tools,dynamic monitoring of main components such as spindle.SolidWorks Simulation is a finite element analysis software that can perform statics,dynamics,thermodynamics and other aspects of mechanical structures.Through Simulation analysis,the stress,deformation and vibration of the structure under different working conditions can be predicted,thus providing an important reference for structural design.In the process of remote monitoring of woodworking machine tool,the point selection of machine tool spindle monitoring is the key point.In order to further improve and optimize the remote monitoring effect of woodworking machine tools,based on the finite element analysis of SolidWorks Simulation,this paper deeply studies the potential optimization of remote monitoring of woodworking machine tools in order to obtain parameter information and lay a solid foundation for building a point monitoring platform.
