摘 要:碘难治性分化型甲状腺癌(RAIR-DTC)临床上表现为对放射性碘治疗的抵抗从而达不到治疗效果, 影响患者预后。甲状腺癌出现碘难治主要是因为钠碘同向转运体的表达减少或消失, 以及一些甲状腺特异基因的表达及某些基因突变导致的信号通路改变。本文将对RAIR-DTC的分子特征进行介绍及阐述, 以期加深对RAIR-DTC的认识, 为其的靶向药物治疗提供帮助。The clinical manifestation of iodine-refractory differentiated thyroid cancer(RAIR-DTC)is resistance to iodine therapy,which can not achieve the therapeutic effect and affect the prognosis of patients.Iodine-refractory thyroid cancer is mainly due to the decrease or disappearance of the expression of sodium-iodine isotransporters,the expression of some thyroid specific genes and the change of signaling pathway caused by some gene mutations.In this paper,the molecular characteristics of RAIR-DTC will be introduced and expounded,hoping to enhance understanding of RAIR-DTC,and provide help for targeted drug therapy of it.
