摘 要:本文研究了粉末活性炭粒径、投加量、吸附时间以及高锰酸钾投加量对水中致嗅物质的去除效果,并在A水厂开展单独投加粉末活性炭、高锰酸钾-粉末性活性炭联用投加以及高锰酸钾-多节点粉末性活性炭联用投加生产性验证试验。结果表明,高锰酸钾-多节点粉末活性炭联用投加技术对水中致嗅物质去除效果良好,沉淀池出口水中的致嗅物质最高去除率可达88.5%,且出厂水中的致嗅物质浓度符合GB 5749-2022《生活饮用水卫生标准》限值要求。采用高锰酸钾-多节点粉末活性炭联用投加技术去除水中致嗅物质,操控简便、易于实施、适用性强,可在大部分水厂推广。This article studied the effect of odorants removal from water by different powder activated carbon particle size,dosage,adsorption time and potassium permanganate dosage.Production validation tests were conducted in water plant A,including the addition of powder activated carbon alone,combination of potassium permanganate and powder activated carbon,and combination of potassium permanganate and multi-node powder activated carbon.The results show that the combined dosing technology of potassium permanganate and multi-node powdered activated carbon has a good effect on the removal of odorants in water.The highest removal rate of odorants in the outlet water of the sedimentation tank can reach 88.5%,and the concentration of odorants in the factory water meets the limit requirements of Standards for drinking water quality(GB 5749-2022).The use of potassium permanganate multi-node powdered activated carbon combined dosing technology to remove odorants in water is easy to operate,easy to implement,and has strong applicability,which can be promoted in most water plants.
