摘  要:随着“双减”政策的落地,体育课后服务成为强健学生体魄,促进学生健康成长的有效途径。然而当前体育课后服务在实施中存在内容单调、体育教师工作量超负荷、体育教师参与课后服务积极性不高、体育课后服务设施缺乏等问题。在此基础上,作者提出相应的解决措施,以强化体育课后服务开展实效。With the implementation of the“double reduction”policy,after-school physical education services have become an effective way to strengthen students’physical fitness and promote their healthy growth.However,there are currently problems in the implementation of physical education after-school services,such as monotonous content,overloaded workload of physical education teachers,low enthusiasm for physical education teachers to participate in after-school services,and a lack of physical education after-school service facilities.On this basis,the author proposes corresponding solutions to strengthen the effectiveness of sports after-school services.
