摘　　要：安全是航空业运行的基础与保障,着陆作为所有飞行阶段中最危险、复杂的阶段,是飞行训练中的重点环节,为从根本上提升着陆阶段的安全系数,有目的性的加强对飞行学员的处境意识的培养,本文运用德尔菲法统计分析影响处境意识的因素,构建DEMATEL-ISM模型,进而了解各种影响因素对处境意识的影响程度。结果表明飞行学员的身体状况、决策能力作为根本影响因素对飞行学员着陆阶段处境意识的培养至关重要。针对以上结果,教员应多注重学员决策能力的培养,并引导学生加强其对自身身体状况的把控与训练。Safety is the foundation and guarantee for the operation of the aviation industry.Landing as the most dangerous and complicated stage of all flight,is the key part in flight training.In order to improve the safety factor in the landing stage and strengthen the situation awareness of the aviator,this paper uses Delphi Method to analyze the factors affecting the situation awareness,and constructs the DEMATEL-ISM model,so as to elaborate the degree of influence of various factors on the situation awareness.The results show that the physical condition and decision-making ability of flying cadets are the fundamental influencing factors for the training of flying cadets'situational awareness in landing stage.In view of the above factors,teachers should pay more attention to the training of students'decision-making ability,and guide students to strengthen their control and training of their own physical conditions.
