摘 要:旨在研究包被丁酸钠(CSB)和维生素D_(3)(VD_(3))对肉鸡脂代谢和抗氧化能力的影响。采用2×2双因子试验设计,在基础日粮中设2个CSB添加水平(0和1 g/kg)和2个VD_(3)添加水平(3 000和5 000 IU/kg)。试验选用1日龄AA肉鸡192只,随机分为4组,分别为对照组(Con):基础日粮(含3 000 IU/kg VD_(3));VD_(3)组:基础日粮+额外2 000 IU/kg VD_(3);CSB组:基础日粮+1 g/kg CSB;VD_(3)+CSB组:基础日粮+额外2 000 IU/kg VD_(3)+1 g/kg CSB。每组6个重复,每个重复8只鸡,试验期42 d。添加CSB显著降低腹脂率和总胆固醇(TC),显著升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)(P<0.05)。额外补充CSB和VD_(3)都能显著降低丙二醛(MDA)(P<0.05),但两者联合补充对MDA无显著性交互作用(P>0.05);添加CSB能够显著降低肝脏中FAS mRNA的表达量、显著提升CPT1α和SOD的mRNA表达量(P<0.05);联合添加CSB和VD_(3)对肝脏中脂质合成基因ACC的mRNA表达量有交互作用,相比CON和VD_(3)组,CSB和VD_(3)+CSB组的ACC mRNA表达水平显著降低(P<0.05)。日粮中添加CSB和VD_(3)能改善肉鸡脂代谢和提高抗氧化能力。The aim of this trial was to investigate the effects of coated sodium butyrate(CSB)and vitamin D_(3)(VD_(3))on lipid metabolism and antioxidant capacity in broilers.The 2×2 factorial test design was adopted,with two levels of CSB(0 and 1 g/kg)and two levels of VD_(3)(3000 and 5000 IU/kg)in the basal diet.A total of 1921-day-old AA broilers were selected for the test and randomly divided into four groups with six replicates per group and eight chickens per replicate,the groups are as follows:control group(CON)(3000 IU/kg VD_(3)),VD_(3) group(basal diet+additional 2000 IU/kg VD_(3)),CSB group(basal diet+1 g/kgCSB),VD_(3)+CSB group(basal diet+additional 2000 IU/kgVD_(3)+1 g/kgCSB).The trial lasted for 42 d.The results showed that CSB supplementation significantly decreased the abdominal fat ratio and total cholesterol(TC),and significantly increased high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and serum total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)(P<0.05);MDA was significantly reduced by additional supplementation with CSB and VD_(3)(P<0.05),but there was no significant interaction between the two combined supplementation(P<0.05);addition of CSB significantly(P<0.05)reduced FAS mRNA expression and significantly elevated CPT1αand SOD mRNA expression in the liver(P<0.05);the combined addition of CSB and VD_(3) had interactive effects on the ACC mRNA expression in the liver;compared with the CON and VD_(3) groups,the ACC mRNA expression levels in the CSB and VD_(3)+CSB groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).In conclusion,the dietary supplementation of CSB and VD_(3) can improve lipid metabolism and antioxidant capacity in broilers.
