摘  要:目的:分析步态诱发功能性电刺激结合视觉运动想象在改善缺血性脑卒中后下肢肌力、神经运动功能中的效果.方法:选取2021年1月至2022年10月期间本院收诊的108例缺血性脑卒中患者作为研究对象,根据康复方案将患者分成实验组(n=56,行步态诱发功能性电刺激结合视觉运动想象康复治疗)和对照组(n=52,仅行视觉运动想象康复治疗),比较两组治疗效果.结果:治疗后,实验组下肢肌力、步行功能评分评估量表(Holden)及步态测试量表(Tinetti)评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,实验组简化运动功能评定表(Fugl-Meyer)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,实验组博格平衡量表(BBS)评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:步态诱发功能性电刺激结合视觉运动想象对缺血性脑卒中患者下肢肌力、神经运动功能的恢复有明显的疗效,可作为临床缺血性脑卒中患者的康复治疗方案.Objective:To analyze the effects of gait-induced functional electrical stimulation combined with visual motor imagery in improving lower limb muscle strength and neuromotor function after ischemic stroke.Methods:A total of 108 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected,according to the rehabilitation plan,they were divided into the experimental group(n=56,gait-induced functional electrical stimulation combined with visual motor imagery rehabilitation treatment)and the control group(n=52,visual motor imagery rehabilitation treatment).Comparethe treatment effects between two groups.Results:After treatment,the lower limb muscle strength,Holden and Tinetti scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the Fugl-Meyer score in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the Berg balance scale(BBS)score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gait-induced functional electrical stimulation combined with visual motor imagery has a significant effect on the recovery of lower limb muscle strength and neuromotor function in patients with ischemic stroke,which can be used as a rehabilitation treatment plan for patients with ischemic stroke.
