摘 要:目的:探讨不同示踪剂对子宫颈恶性肿瘤腹腔镜手术中前哨淋巴结(SLN)的检测价值.方法:选取2018年1月至2021年1月期间开封市祥符区第二人民医院收治的87例子宫颈恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象.按照随机数字表法将其分为亚甲蓝组(n=55)、纳米碳组(n=22)和吲哚菁绿组(n=10).比较3种示踪剂对SLN的示踪效果及检测价值.结果:亚甲蓝组SLN的检出率高于纳米碳组及吲哚菁绿组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).亚甲蓝组SLN检测的敏感度及诊断准确率高于纳米碳组及吲哚菁绿组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).纳米碳组及吲哚菁绿组SLN检测的特异度、敏感度及诊断准确率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:与吲哚菁绿和纳米炭混悬液比较,亚甲蓝对SLN的检测诊断价值更高.Objective:To explore the value of different tracers in detecting sentinel lymph nodes(SLN)in laparoscopic surgery for cervical malignant tumors.Methods:A total of 87 patients with cervical malignant tumors admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2021 were selected in this study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into methylene blue group(n=55),nanocarbon group(n=22),and indocyanine green group(n=10).Compare the tracking effect and detection value of this three tracers on SLN.Results:The detection rate of SLN in the methylene blue group was higher than that in the nanocarbon group and indocyanine green group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity and diagnostic accuracy of SLN detection in the methylene blue group were higher than those in the nanocarbon group and indocyanine green group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the specificity,sensitivity,and diagnostic accuracy of SLN detection between the nanocarbon group and the indocyanine green group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compared with indocyanine green and nanochar suspensions,methylene blue has higher diagnostic value for detecting SLN.
