生态嵌入、合作能力与企业创新绩效关系研究——基于知识流动的有调节的中介效应

摘　　要：随着市场竞争白热化和技术的颠覆性发展,如何获取创新资源和提升外部合作能力是制约企业创新发展的关键问题。嵌入性理论和生态系统研究的涌现与交叉融合为企业解决上述难题提供了全新的视角,生态嵌入成为企业突破资源约束、共享优质资源、获取竞争优势的重要途径和方式。基于此,本文以581家创新型试点企业为研究对象,探讨了生态嵌入对企业创新绩效的影响机制。研究结果表明,创新生态嵌入和政治生态嵌入均对企业创新绩效、企业合作能力具有显著正向影响;合作能力对企业创新绩效具有显著正向影响,且中介了创新生态嵌入、政治生态嵌入与企业创新绩效之间的关系;知识流动正向调节了创新生态嵌入、政治生态嵌入与企业创新绩效之间及合作能力与企业创新绩效之间的关系,且正向调节了合作能力的中介作用。With the fierce market competition and the disruptive development of technology,how to obtain innovative resources and enhance external cooperation capability is a key problem restricting the development of enterprise innova-tion.The emergence and cross-integration of embeddedness theory and ecosystem research provide a brand-new perspective for enterprise to solve these problems,ecology embeddedness has become an important way for enterprise to break through resource constraints,share high-quality resources and gain competitive advantages.Based on this,this paper takes 581 innovative pilot enterprises as the research object,and discusses the impact mechanism of ecology embeddedness on enterprise innovation performance.The results show that innovation ecology embeddedness and political ecology embeddedness have significant positive effects on enterprise innovation performance and enterprise cooperative capability.Cooperative capability has a significant positive effect on enterprise innovation performance,and mediates the relationship between innovation ecology embeddedness,political ecology embeddedness and enterprise innovation performance.Knowledge flow positively moderates the relationship between innovation ecology embeddedness,political ecology embeddedness and enterprise innovation performance,cooperation capability and enterprise innovation performance,moreover,it positively moderates the mediating effect of cooperation capability.
