贾小强防治转移性结直肠癌经验探析

摘　　要：贾小强教授认为,结直肠癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)转移以毒、瘀、病络为主要原因,机体正气虚弱不足则给癌毒传变留下可乘之机。其中毒、瘀为癌变的主要因素,病络为癌肿转移的途径,三者相互影响,加之机体正气损耗,或本素体虚弱,使得癌肿易传易变。应治以化瘀截毒、防治病络,培固正气,临床自拟化瘀截毒方加减治疗,以蛴螬、莪术为君药,土茯苓、赤芍、喜树为臣药,黄芪、生山药为佐药,生甘草为使药,诸药共施以祛瘀化毒,通络防病,补养正气,防治癌毒传变,延长生命周期。Professor JIA Xiaoqiang believes that the main causes of colorectal cancer metastasis are toxins,blood stasis,and disease collaterals.Weakness of the body’s healthy energy leaves opportunities for cancer toxins to spread.Among them,poisoning and blood stasis are the main factors of cancer,and disease collaterals are the pathways for cancer metastasis.The three interact with each other,and together with the loss of the body’s healthy energy or the body’s weakness,it makes cancer easy to spread and change.Treatment should be based on removing blood stasis and cutting off toxins,preventing and treating disease collaterals,and cultivating healthy qi.Clinically,modified and subtracted prescriptions for removing blood stasis and cutting off toxins are prepared.Grub and Curcuma zedoaria are used as monarch drugs,Smilax cocos,red peony root,and camptotheca acuminata are used as ministerial drugs.Astragalus,Raw yam is used as an adjuvant,and raw licorice is used as an auxiliary medicine.All the medicines are used together to remove blood stasis and remove toxins,unblock meridians and prevent diseases,nourish righteousness,prevent and treat the transmission of cancerous poisons,and prolong life cycle.
