基于“瘀毒理论”探讨通窍活血汤对脑小血管性认知功能障碍的疗效机制

摘　　要：目的:基于“瘀毒理论”探讨通窍活血汤对脑小血管性认知功能障碍的疗效机制。方法:将符合纳入标准的120例患者随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予单纯西医综合治疗,观察组在西医综合治疗基础上给予通窍活血汤,疗程4周。4周后,比较2组综合临床疗效、相关认知量表评分及实验室检查相关指标。结果:观察组中医综合临床疗效、MoCA评分、血液流变指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:通窍活血汤可调节脑小血管病患者血流情况,改善脑部微循环障碍;并能保护神经,从而改善认知功能障碍。Objective:To explore the therapeutic mechanism of Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction on cerebral small vessel cognitive dysfunction based on the“blood stasis theory”.Methods:120 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given simple comprehensive treatment with Western medicine,and the observation group was given Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction on the basis of comprehensive Western medicine treatment,with a course of 4 weeks.After 4 weeks,the comprehensive clinical efficacy,relevant cognitive scale scores and laboratory test-related indicators were compared between the 2 groups.Results:The comprehensive clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine,MoCA score,and blood rheology indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction can regulate blood flow and improve brain micro-circulation disorders in patients with cerebral small vessel disease;it can also protect nerves,thereby improving cognitive dysfunction.
