摘 要:吡啶甲酸铬是一种允许添加到营养补充剂中的功能因子,为了加强其管理,定量检测显得尤为重要。通过优化提取工艺联合高效液相色谱达到精确检测的目的。方法学验证结果可知,吡啶甲酸铬的线性范围为1~100μg/mL,浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数大于0.999;检出限为1.4 mg/kg,定量限为4.68 mg/kg。加标试验中的回收率为100%,相对标准偏差在0.33%~3.08%之间。该方法快速便捷,具有较高的精密度和准确度,可满足营养补充剂中吡啶甲酸铬的检测需求。Chromium picolinate is a functional factor that is allowed to be added to dietary supplements.Quantitative detection is particularly important in order to strengthen its management.The accurate detection was achieved by optimizing the extraction process in conjunction with high-performance liquid chromatography.The results of methodology verification showed that the linear range of chromium picolinate was 1~100μg/mL,and the linear relationship was great in the concentration range,and the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999.The limit of detection was 1.4 mg/kg,the limit of quantification was 4.68 mg/kg.The recovery rate of fortification experiments was 100%,and relative standard deviations between 0.33%and 3.08%.The method was fast and convenient,hd high accuracy and precision,and could meet the requirements of chromium picolinate detection in nutritional supplements.
