摘　　要：Dear Editor,Argonaute(Ago)proteins represent a highly conserved gene family,and are found in~10%bacteria,~30%archaea and almost all eukaryotes.l The eukaryotic Ago(eAgo)proteins are the core element of RNA-induced silencing complex,which is a key player in RNA interference pathways and regulates gene expression at transcriptional,posttranscriptional and translational levels.
