摘 要:铁路机车、货车和城市轨道交通车型众多,车辆轴重各不相同,轴重对合成闸瓦摩擦性能的影响需要系统研究。利用1∶1制动动力试验台,系统研究了LH2-45型高摩擦系数合成闸瓦在15.5 t轴重和23.0 t轴重、不同制动初速度的磨合、常用制动、紧急制动工况下的摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:轴重对高摩擦系数合成闸瓦的制动距离、踏面温升、磨耗量有影响,随着轴重的增大,踏面温升增加,制动距离增长,磨耗量增加;23.0 t轴重的制动距离约为15.5 t轴重的1.5倍,23.0 t轴重的闸瓦能量磨耗量约为15.5 t轴重的1.3倍;轴重对高摩擦系数合成闸瓦的摩擦系数没有显著影响;对于常用制动和紧急制动,不同轴重下合成闸瓦的摩擦性能随制动初速度变化的规律一致。There are many types of locomotive,freight cars and urban rail transit vehicles in China,and the axle loads of vehicles are different.The impact of axle loads on the friction performance of composite brake shoes needs systematic research.The full-scale(1∶1)dynamometer brake test bench was used to systematically study the friction and wear performance of running-in test,common braking,and emergency braking of LH2-45 type high friction coefficient composite brake shoes under 15.5 t and 23.0 t axle loads,with different initial braking speeds.The research results indicate that axle load has an impact on the braking distance,tread temperature rise,and wear of high friction coefficient composite brake shoes.As the axle load increases,the tread temperature rise increases,the braking distance increases,and the wear increases;The braking distance of 23.0 t axle load is approximately 1.5 times that of 15.5 t axle load,and the brake shoe wear amount of 23.0 t axle load is 1.3 times that of 15.5 t axle load.The axle load has no significant effect on the friction coefficient of the high friction coefficient composite brake shoe.For both common braking and emergency braking,the friction performance of the composite brake shoe under different axle loads follows a consistent pattern with the change in initial braking speed.
