摘　　要：经济学是新文科建设中服务于治国理政的主要专业。培养经济学拔尖创新人才是“双一流”建设高校的重要任务之一,对于增进经济理论知识、推动经济前沿发展、指导社会经济实践具有重要意义。经济学人才培养需要坚持开放与融通,在学科布局、课程体系、培养方案、对外开放等方面消除壁垒,整合资源,促进交叉与合作。本文以丝绸之路经济带高校经济学拔尖创新人才培养的必要性为基础,围绕石河子大学等高校在经济学拔尖创新人才培养方面的具体实践和成效,探索在当前背景下加强经济学拔尖创新人才培养的方式与路径。相关高校通过创新选拔模式、完善体制机制和配备名师团队等,显著提升经济学专业建设成效、培养大批新时代戍边经济人才和形成区域特色鲜明的育人模式。这些对于新文科建设背景下边疆高校如何服务于国家经济建设需求具有一定的参考价值。Economics is an important major in the construction of new liberal arts that serves the governance of the country.Training top innovative talents in economics is one of the five key tasks of“double first-class”construction,which is of great significance for improving economic theoretical knowledge,promoting economic frontier development and guiding social and economic practice.It is necessary to adhere to openness and integration in the training of economic talents,remove barriers in the layout of disciplines,curriculum system,training programs and opening to the outside world,integrate resources,and promote cross and cooperation.Based on the necessity of training top innovative talents in economics along the Silk Road Economic Belt,this paper focuses on the specific practices and achievements of training top innovative talents in economics,taking Shihezi University as an example,to explore ways to improve the training of top innovative talents in economics under the current background.By innovating the selection mode,perfecting the system and mechanism,and equipping the team of famous teachers,the relevant universities have significantly improved the effectiveness of the construction of economics majors,trained a large number of economic talents in the new era and formed a distinctive educational model with regional characteristics.The results have certain reference value for the higher education of economics,especially how to serve the major strategic needs of the country under the background of new liberal arts construction in frontier universities.
