摘　　要：高等学历继续教育办学潜藏着多种风险,如教育系统内部管理风险、社会对学校的输入风险等,这些构成了教育社会风险。教育社会风险任其蔓延可能演变为社会性风险,将影响社会的安全与稳定。研究发现教育市场化是引发教育社会风险的根本原因,在教育改革转型中要警惕潜藏的底层试误风险,倡导人们树立终身教育理念,建立风险沟通机制,消除社会无知。高校办学过程中要牢牢把握办学的“话语权”,实现高等学历继续教育的高质量发展。The risk of internal management of the education system and the risk of social input to the school,which are hidden in the teaching system of higher continuing education,constitute the educational social risk.The spread of educational social risks may evolve into social risks,which will affect social security and stability.It is found that education marketization is the root cause of social risks in education.Thus,the latent risk of trial and error should be alerted in the reform and transformation of continuing education for higher education,the concept of lifelong education and a risk communication mechanism should be advocated to be established,and social ignorance be eliminated.In the process of running a university,it is necessary to firmly grasp the"right to speak"of running a school and realize the high-quality development of higher education.
