摘　　要：目的通过分析南宁市社区老年人口腔保健状况及需求,为老年人口腔保健规划提供依据。方法对南宁市6个行政区中的406名老年人进行问卷调查。结果老年人口腔保健知识情况:含氟牙膏可以预防龋齿的知晓率最低(24.88%);口腔保健态度情况:定期到口腔医生处进行检查的态度正确率最低(8.87%);口腔保健行为情况:刷牙时间至少3 min正确率最低(16.75%)。多重线性回归分析结果显示,影响南宁市社区老年人口腔保健KAP评分的有年龄和文化程度,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在对老年人口腔需求的调查中发现,老年人看牙最关心的是医生的技术水平(55.67%),超半数(51.48%)老年人认为口腔宣传活动有必要,但通过此途径获得口腔保健信息的比例最低(4.93%)。结论南宁市社区老年人口腔保健状况较差,老年人对口腔保健的需求未得到满足。Objective To provide the basis for oral health care planning for the elderly by analyzing the oral health care status and demands of the elderly in Nanning community.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 406 elderly people in 6 administrative districts of Nanning.Results Oral health care knowledge conditions of the elderly:fluoride toothpaste could prevent dental caries with the lowest awareness rate(24.88%);Attitude to oral health care:the attitude of regular examination for the dentist was the lowest correct rate(8.87%);Behavior of oral health care:brushing for at least 3 minutes had the lowest correct rate(16.75%).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that age and education level affected the oral health KAP score of the elderly in Nanning community,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In surveys of oral demands in the elderly,it was found that the elderly was most concerned for the technical level of the doctor(55.67%)when they examine the teeth,the more than half elderly people(51.48%)believed that oral publicity activities were necessary,however,the proportion of oral health care information that was obtained through this channel was the lowest(4.93%).Conclusion The oral health care of the elderly is poor in Nanning community,and the demands of the elderly are not met for oral health care.
