摘 要:为进一步探究国家东中西区域合作示范区(连云港徐圩新区)水生态环境状况,该研究对主城区典型的9条河流和6个湖泊进行野外采样和实验室化验分析,分别使用综合营养指数法(TLI)和综合污染指数法对表层水体污染和富营养化现状进行系统评价。结果表明:研究区内典型河湖表层水体pH值为8.4~9.7,呈碱性;盐度含量0.63‰~21.9‰,平均值6.51‰,总体处于微咸水状态;河湖表层水质总体处于良好水平,属轻度富营养化水体。总氮(TN)和总磷(TP)含量分别为0.84~8.72 mg/L和0.03~0.25 mg/L,整体处于Ⅳ类水平。电导率(EC)、总溶解性固体(TDS)、盐度和COD_(Mn)是影响区域河湖水质的关键因子。研究区内河湖水系间连通性不足和污染物胁迫是影响该地区水环境质量的主要因素。该研究可为区域水环境可持续发展及健康河湖构建提供有力的科学依据。In order to further understand the status of water ecological environment in China Eastern Central Western Demonstration Zone for Regional Cooperation(Xuwei New District,Lianyungang City),we investigated the typical 9 rivers and 6 lakes in the main urban area using the comprehensive trophic index(TLI)and comprehensive pollution index to evaluate the status of surface water pollution and eutrophication.Our results show the pH value is in the range of 8.4~9.7 with alkaline;the salinity content is 0.63‰~21.9‰with the average value of 6.51‰,exhibiting a state of brackish water;the overall surface water qualities of rivers and lakes are in good levels with mild eutrophication.The contents of TN and TP are 0.84~8.72 mg/L and 0.03~0.25 mg/L,respectively,indicating the IV level of surface water body.The electrical conductivity(EC),total dissolved solids(TDS),salinity content and COD_(Mn)are the key factors affecting the water quality of study area.The insufficient connectivity between rivers and lakes and the pollutant stress are the main factors affecting the quality of water environment.Our study can provide a valuable scientific basis for the sustainable development of water environment and construction of rivers and lakes within this zone.
