摘 要:目的分析学龄期儿童乳牙滞留情况及其家长口腔保健知识认知情况。方法选取2019年2月—2020年2月金乡县人民医院收治的268例7岁、10岁、12岁学龄期儿童及其家长作为研究对象,统计分析儿童乳牙滞留情况,对儿童家长口腔保健知识掌握情况进行问卷调查。结果268例学龄期儿童共93例发生乳牙滞留,发生率34.70%,发生乳牙滞留的儿童中10岁年龄阶段占61.29%;93例儿童乳牙滞留297颗,分布于下颌57.58%、上颌42.42%,残根占57.91%、非残根占42.09%。儿童家长对常识性口腔卫生知识认知率均>90%,对专业性的知识认知率较低,其中对给孩子应该选用儿童牙刷及含氟牙膏认知率仅为51.87%。家长对儿童口腔健康重视行为中,关于定期带儿童做口腔检查的家长较少,文化程度为大专及以上的家长对儿童口腔健康行为较重视。结论学龄期儿童的乳牙滞留问题需要得到重视,家长应该加强对专业性口腔知识的认知及干预行为,以避免学龄期儿童乳牙滞留的发生。Objective To analyze the retention of primary teeth in school-age children and their parents’awareness of oral health knowledge.Methods A total of 268 school-age children aged 7,10 and 12 years and their parents who were admitted to the People’s Hospital of Jinxiang County from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the retention of children’s primary teeth was analyzed.A questionnaire survey was conducted on the knowledge of oral health care of children’s parents.Results A total of 93 out of 268 school-age children experienced retained primary teeth,with an incidence rate of 34.70%.Among the children who experienced retained primary teeth,61.29%were at the age of 10 years old.A total of 297 primary teeth were retained in 93 children,distributed in 57.58%of the mandible and 42.42%of the upper jaw,with residual roots accounting for 57.91%,and non-residual roots accounting for 42.09%.Parents of children have a cognitive rate of over 90%towards general oral hygiene knowledge,while their cognitive rate towards professional knowledge is relatively low.Among them,the cognitive rate towards choosing children’s toothbrushes and fluoride toothpaste for their children is only 51.87%.For oral health attention,there are fewer parents who regularly take their children for oral examinations,and parents with a college degree or above pay more attention to their children’s oral health behavior.Conclusion The problem of retained primary teeth in school-age children needs to be taken seriously,and parents should strengthen their awareness of professional oral knowledge and intervention behavior to avoid the occurrence of retained primary teeth in school-age children.
