摘 要:肺癌是目前全球发病率和死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤,胸腔镜肺段切除术是治疗早期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的主要方式之一。近年来三维计算机断层扫描支气管血管成像(3D-CTBA)技术快速发展,其具有立体呈现肺部解剖结构、精准定位肺部病灶、制订手术安全切缘模型等优势,为胸腔镜下肺段精准切除提供了可靠的方法。现就目前3D-CTBA在胸腔镜肺段切除术治疗T_(1a~1b)N_(0)M_(0)期NSCLC中的应用进行综述。Lung cancer is currently the malignant tumor with the highest morbidity and mortality in the world,thoracoscopic segmentectomy is one of the main surgical procedures for the treatment of early stage non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).In recent years,three-dimensional computed tomography bronchography and angiography(3D-CTBA)technology has developed rapidly with advantages of stereoscopic presentation of lung anatomy,accurate localization of lung lesions and design of surgical safety margin model,it provides a reliable method for thoracoscopic segmentectomy.This article reviews the current applications of 3D-CTBA in thoracoscopic segmentectomy for stage T_(1a~1b)N_(0)M_(0)NSCLC.
