大学技术转移人才培养:欧美体系与我国镜鉴

摘  要:复合型人才之困制约大学技术转移绩效,而我国尚未形成相关专业人才的培养体系。欧洲和美国代表性技术转移专业协会实施的职业教育主要以培训课程、专业会议、产业活动等教育项目为基础,辅之以个性化的职业发展引导,课程设计注重专业共同知识核心和发展深度学习能力。建议我国加快建立高级别技术转移联盟组织,突出专业使命并引领构建职业教育体系;关注核心课程开发,构建学习共同体并强化实践能力培养;加强职业发展引导,健全专业晋升通道并着力提升职业认同。The difficulty of compound talents restricts the performance of university technology transfer,and China has not yet formed a training system for related professional talents.The vocational education implemented by representative professional associations of technology transfer in Europe and the United States is mainly based on training courses,professional forum,industrial activities and other educational projects,supplemented by personalized career development guidance.The curriculum design focuses on the core of professional common knowledge and the development of deeper learning ability.Suggestions are as follows:Firstly,China should accelerate the establishment of high-level technology transfer alliances,highlight professional missions,and lead the construction of a vocational education system;Secondly,vocational education focuses on the development of core courses,builds a learning community,and strengthens the cultivation of practical abilities;Finally,it is necessary to strengthen career development guidance,improve professional promotion channels,and focus on enhancing professional identity.
