摘  要:将玉米秸秆稀酸汽爆预处理后经酶解、发酵生产乙醇,考察酶解干物含量和酶解时间对发酵效率的影响。结果表明:稀酸汽爆预处理使大部分半纤维素和部分纤维素降解,酶解时间越长,糖质量浓度越高,可溶性低聚糖累积质量浓度越低,底物利用率和乙醇产率越高。利用50L垂直罐进行放大实验,在干物质量分数23%、纤维素酶加量5 FPU·(g干物)^(-1)条件下酶解96 h后发酵48 h,乙醇质量浓度为57.32 g·L^(-1),葡萄糖和木糖利用率分别为99.0%和88.4%,糖醇转化率为46.5%,乙醇产率74.8%,秸秆单耗为5.06 t秸秆·(t乙醇)^(-1)。实验结果为以玉米秸秆为原料生产纤维素乙醇的工业化应用提供了参考。The corn stover was pretreated by dilute acid steam explosion,followed by enzyme hydrolysis and fermentation to produce ethanol.Effects of dry matter content and hydrolysis time on fermentation rate were investigated.The results illustrated that most of hemicellulose and part of cellulose degraded after dilute acid steam explosion pretreatment.The longer the hydrolysis time,the higher the sugar mass concentration,the lower the cumulative mass concentration of soluble oligosaccharides,and the higher the substrate utilization and ethanol yield.A 50 L vertical tank was used for scale-up trial at 23%DM and cellulase dosage of 5 FPU·(g DM)^(-1).After hydrolysis for 96 h,the yeast was inoculated in the hydrolysate and fermented for 48 h.The final ethanol mass concentration was 57.3 g·L^(-1),the utilization rate of glucose and xylose were 99.0%and 88.4%respectively,the sugar alcohol conversion rate was 46.5%,and the ethanol yield was 74.8%.The straw consumption was 5.06 t:(t ethanol).The experimental result can provide some reference for the industrial application of cellulosic ethanol production from corn stover.
