摘  要:随着我国财务信息化的快速发展,会计核算与管理愈加算力化、数字化、智能化,推动财务从手工记账、软件管理,发展到云财务、财务共享等管理模式,信息化平台、智能财务、机器人服务等智慧终端产品屡见不鲜,给各单位财务人员的信息素养和能力提出更高要求。为了应对互联网、新技术和市场经济的发展,文章通过分析高校财务信息化特征及建设现状,针对高校会计专业岗位实习生进行专项能力和素养培训,并结合会计行业需求提出的信息素养要求,旨在培养适应市场和时代发展的高技能应用型人才。With the rapid development of financial informatization in China,accounting and management have become increasingly computerized,digitized,and intelligent,promoting the development of finance from manual bookkeeping and software management to cloud finance,financial sharing and other management models.Smart terminal products such as information platforms,intelligent finance,and machine human services are common,posing higher requirements for the information literacy and ability of financial personnel in various units.In order to cope with the development of the Internet,new technologies,and market economy,the article analyzes the characteristics and current construction status of financial informatization in universities,and provides special ability and literacy training for interns in accounting professional positions in universities.Combined with the information literacy requirements proposed by the accounting industry,the article aims to cultivate high skilled applied talents who adapt to the development of the market and the times.
