摘　　要：当前,白内障手术已由复明手术向屈光手术方向发展,散光的矫正问题倍受关注。自1990年以来,无缝线透明角膜切口已成为白内障手术的标准选择,以最大限度地减少术后散光并促进视力的快速康复。散光矫正型人工晶状体(ToricIOL)已被证实具有矫正散光良好的效果。本文中笔者就近年来白内障手术领域有关散光精准测量和减少手术源性散光的研究进展进行综述。Currently, cataract surgery has shifted from restoration surgery to refractive surgery, and the issue of correcting astigmatism has was paid more attention. Since 1990, seamless transparent corneal incision has become the standard choice for cataract surgery to minimize postoperative astigmatism and promote rapid recovery of vision. It has been shown the astigmatism correction intraocular lens (Toric IOL) had the good effects on astigmatism correct. The research progress on precise measurement of astigmatism and reduction of surgical induced astigmatism in the field of cataract surgery in recent years was reviewed.
