利用新媒体平台推动高校来华留学生思想教育管理工作的系统研究

摘　　要：随着科技和大数据的发展,新媒体平台应运而生。新媒体平台的出现给高校来华留学生的思想教育管理工作带来了巨大的挑战。因此,如何高效的利用新媒体平台也为高校来华留学生思想教育管理工作提供了新的路径和发展方向。本文运用系统科学的角度分析了我国高校来华留学生的思想教育工作现状,依据系统科学原理,归纳了新媒体对高校管理方面的影响和优势,最后从如何搭建来华留学生思想教育管理的新媒体平台和如何对学生进行的分类管理两方面入手,提出了将新媒体平台应用于高校来华留学生思想教育管理工作的具体对策。With the development of science and technology and big data,new media platform emerges as the times require.The emergence of new media plaform has brought great challenges to the ideological education and management of international students in colleges and universities.Therefore,how to effectively use the new media platform also provides a new path and development direction for the ideological education of international students in China.This paper analyzes the current situation of ideological education of overseas students from the perspective of system science.According to the principle of system science,this paper summarizes the influence and advantages of new media on university management.Finally,it starts from two aspects:how to build a new media platform for ideological education and management of international students and how to carry out classified management of students,in order to put forward the concrete countermeasures of applying the new media platform to the ideological education and management of foreign students in colleges and universities.
