摘　　要：为了全面提升广东省普宁市农产品质量安全水平,建设农产品质量安全体系至关重要,其中农产品质量安全追溯体系是其重要组成部分。文章通过深入调研,充分分析了普宁市农产品质量安全发展现状,刨析了农产品质量安全追溯体系存在的问题,并提出了相对应的建议,以期完善普宁市农产品质量安全追溯体系,补强普宁市农产品质量安全监管水平,保障人民群众的食品安全。In order to improve the quality and safety level of agricultural products in Puning City of Guangdong Province,it is very important to build the quality and safety system of agricultural products,in which the traceability system of agricultural products quality and safety is an important part.Through in-depth research,this paper fully analyzed the development status of agricultural product quality and safety in Puning City,analyzed the problems existing in the traceability system of agricultural product quality and safety,and put forward corresponding countermeasures,in order to improve the traceability system of agricultural product quali‐ty and safety in Puning City,to strengthen the supervision level of agricultural product quality and safety,and ensure the food safety of the people.
