山农糯麦1号高产保优栽培技术研究

摘　　要：糯小麦是一种特殊用途小麦类型,具有独特加工特性和营养品质,不仅支链淀粉含量≥99%,而且不含3种Waxy蛋白亚基。山农糯麦1号是山东农业大学育种团队培育的一个高产高蛋白高面筋糯小麦新品种,是山东省审定的第一个高产糯麦新品种。从品种概况入手,探讨了山农糯麦1号在山东省及周边地区高产保优栽培技术,以期为该品种进行大面积推广及产业化开发应用提供参考。Waxy wheat is a special purpose wheat type with unique processing characteristics and nutritional quality.It not only con‐tains more than 99%amylopectin,but also does not contain 3 waxy protein subunits.Shannong Nuomei No.1 is a new glutinous wheat variety with high yield,high protein and high gluten cultivated by the breeding team of Shandong Agricultural University.It is the first new glutinous wheat variety with high yield approved in Shandong Province.The cultivation techniques of Shannong Nu‐omai No.1 in Shandong Province and its surrounding areas were discussed based on the general situation of the varieties,in order to provide reference for the large-scale popularization and industrial development and application of the varieties.
