摘  要:目的系统评价海水浸泡性体温过低症实验动物模型的生理病理变化相关结局指标与相关文献质量,为海水浸泡性体温过低症的治疗提供理论依据。方法计算机检索PubMed、Science Direct、Web of Science、The Cochrane Library、中国知网、维普期刊数据库、万方数据库等,检索时间为建库至2022-11月,获取海水浸泡性体温过低症实验动物的实验研究文献,并由两名研究者对文献内容进行筛选、提取数据和质量评价,采取RevMan 5.3进行Meta分析。结果共纳入13篇合格文献。Meta分析结果表明,海水浸泡性体温过低症实验动物模型生理病理相关结局指标存在较大异质性,其体温、基础生命体征、血常规、心肌功能、肝肾功能、凝血功能、血气分析、电解质平衡、炎性指标、抗氧化能力指标均存在不同程度的改变,其中肛温、腹温、呼吸、心率、动脉压、心输出量、白细胞计数、中性粒细胞比、乳酸脱氢酶、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine aminotransferase,ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)、凝血酶时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶原时间、纤维蛋白原、白细胞介素6(interleukin 6,IL-6)、IL-8、IL-1β、酸碱度、血氧分压(partial pressure of oxygen,PO2)、标准HCO3-、阴离子间隙、钙、超氧化物歧化酶改变显著。结论海水浸泡性体温过低症实验动物模型的各生理病理指标均存在不同程度的恶化改变。相关研究文献量较少,且文献质量有待进一步提高。Objective To systematically evaluate the outcome indexes related to physiological and pathological changes of experimental animal models of seawater immersion hypothermia and the quality of related literature,so as to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of seawater immersion hypothermia.Methods PubMed,Science Direct,Web of Science,The Cochrane Library,National Knowledge Infrastructure,VIP Chinese Journal Database,Wanfang Database and so on were sesrched by computer from the establishment of the database to November 2022.Controlled trials of experimental animals with seawater immersion hypothermia was obtained,and the content of the literature was screened,the data was extracted and the quality was evaluated by two researchers,Meta-analysis was performed by RevMan 5.3.Results A total of 13 qualified literatures were included.The results of Meta-analysis showed that most of the outcome indicators related to physiology and pathology in the experimental animal models of seawater immersion hypothermia had great heterogeneity,the body temperature,basic vital signs,blood routine,myocardial function,liver and renal function,coagulation function,blood gas analysis,electrolyte balance,inflammatory indicators and antioxidant capacity had changed to varying degrees.Rectal temperature,abdominal temperature,respiration,heart rate,arterial pressure,cardiac output,white blood cell counts,neutrophil ratio,lactate dehydrogenase,alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),thrombin time,activated partial throwboplastin time,prothrombin time,fibrinogen,interleukin6(IL-6),IL-8,IL-1β,pH,partial pressure of oxygen(PO2),standard HCO3-,anion gap,calcium,superoxide dismutase were significantly changed.Conclusion The physiological and pathological indexes of the experimental animal model of seawater immersion hypo-thermia have deteriorated to varying degrees.The relevant literature is few,and the quality of the literature needs to be further improved.
