摘  要:党的二十大以来,随着我国“幼有所育”目标的实现,普惠性学前教育开始从有质量走向高质量发展的道路。在当前因出生率下降而引起的新一轮幼儿园关停潮中,普惠性民办幼儿园受生源大幅减少、自救有限、师资队伍不稳定等客观条件制约生存危机加剧。通过0~6岁学前儿童教育政策制度一体化设计,全面推动师资培养体系与课程改革,才能有助于普惠性民办幼儿园在市场竞争中找准定位、顺利转型,适应和满足幼儿园、家庭、婴幼儿成长以及社会发展需要,从原有的“补缺”作用到成为学前教育现代化发展道路上的中坚力量。Since the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,with the fulfillment of the goal of"providing education for all children",inclusive preschool education has begun to move from quality to high quality development.The existential crisis of inclusive private kindergartens is aggravated by the objective conditions such as the drastic reduction of students'resources,limited self-help and unstable teaching staff.Through the integrated design of the policy and system of education for preschool children aged 0~6,and the comprehensive promotion of the teacher training system and curriculum reform,we can help the inclusive private kindergartens to find their position in the market competition,smoothly transform,adapt to and meet the needs of kindergartens,families,infants and toddlers and the development of the society,and to change from the original role of"filling the gap"to become the backbone of the modernization of preschool education.
