摘  要:矿物剥离量监测在工程应用中有非常重要的意义,而目前关于复杂不规则矿洞剥离量的研究较少。因此,基于三维激光点云数据,首先用投影法和切片法对模拟矿洞和真实矿洞进行了体积计算实验,得出了投影法对于复杂不规则矿洞体积计算更具有鲁棒性的结论;然后对两期点云数据进行配准,确定其相对位置,并在投影法的基础上,采用相邻两期矿洞体积作差的间接计算方法和对矿石剥离体单独建模的直接计算方法来对真实矿洞点云进行剥离量计算。实验结果表明,与理论值相比,模拟矿洞点云的体积误差可以控制在0.890%,真实矿洞中的剥离量相对误差可以不超过1.58%,外业工作时间也有效减少。Mine stripping volume monitoring is of great significance in engineering application,but there are few studies on the stripping volume in complex and irregular mines at present.Therefore,based on 3D laser point cloud data,we firstly use projection method and slice method to calculate the volumes of simulated and real mines,and draw the conclusion that projection method is more stable for volume calculation of complex and irregular mines.Then,the point cloud data of the two stages are registered to determine the relative position.On the basis of projection method,the indirect calculation method that computing the volume difference of adjacent two periods of mines and the direct calculation method that computing the separate model of the mine stripping body are adopted to calculate the stripping volume for the point cloud in the real mine.The experimental results show that the volume error of point cloud in the simulated mine can reach 0.890%compared with theoretical value,and the relative error of stripping volume can be less than 1.58%in the real mine,and the field working time can be effectively reduced.
