摘 要:饲料企业近些年发展迅猛,新技术的应用使饲料企业经营模式和管理模式产生了较大变化。不管是饲料企业规模的扩张还是业务的拓展,均需要借助人力资源管理职能才能发挥作用,而招聘及培训又是人力资源管理中的重要组成部分。因此,饲料企业应重视人力资源管理工作中招聘与培训工作的质量。文章以饲料企业为主要研究对象,根据饲料企业的自身特点,发现其在人力资源招聘与培训管理工作中存在的问题,并针对问题提出创新机制,以期为增强饲料企业人力资源管理的科学性和实效性提供参考。Feed enterprises have developed rapidly in recent years,especially the application of new technology,which has greatly changed the management mode and management mode of feed enterprises.Both the scale expansion of feed enterprises and business expansion need the help of human resource management functions,and recruitment and training are important components of human resource management.Therefore,feed enterprises should pay attention to the quality of recruitment and training in human resource management.This paper takes feed enterprises as the main research object,and according to their own characteristics,finds out the problems existing in the recruitment and training management of human resources,and puts forward innovative mechanisms to solve the problems,so as to provide some reference for enhancing the scientific and effective management of human resources in feed enterprises.
