摘 要:从奥林匹克教育实施和评价体系构建2个维度探究北京2022奥林匹克教育的“中国方案”。奥林匹克教育具有国际性和本土性的双重特征,北京2022奥林匹克教育实施的“中国方案”包括凸显中国新时代社会治理特色的“共建共治共享”的治理体系,治理各方联动制定奥林匹克教育计划,创新行动方略,即同步建设和命名835所“奥林匹克教育示范学校”和2062所“冰雪运动特色学校”。北京2022奥林匹克教育评价体系构建的“中国方案”是以国际奥林匹克教育目标和新时代中国基础教育改革目标高度耦合为理论依据,以北京2022“奥林匹克教育示范学校”和“冰雪运动特色学校”中国本土化实践典范和后冬奥时代现实需要为实践依据,由5个一级指标、16个二级指标、41个三级指标构成,为后冬奥时代中国奥林匹克教育可持续发展、奥林匹克教育可持续促“五育并举”、促学校体育“四位一体”目标的达成提供有理论可循、有实践可依的范本。北京2022奥林匹克教育实施与评价体系的“中国方案”为国际奥林匹克教育做出了独有的中国贡献,也为奥林匹克运动可持续发展贡献了中国智慧。In this study,“Chinese Approach”of Beijing 2022 Olympic Education was explored from the two dimensions of implementation and evaluation system construction of Olympic education.Olympic education is characterized by both internationalization and localization.“Chinese Approach”implemented by Beijing 2022 Olympic education consists of a governance system of“co-development,co-governance and co-sharing”that highlights the characteristics of China’s new era social governance.All parties involved in governance work together to formulate Olympic education plans,innovate action strategies,and synchronously build and name 835“Olympic Education Demonstration Schools”and 2062“Schools Featured by Ice and Snow Sports”.The“Chinese Approach”for the construction of the Beijing 2022 Olympic education of evaluation system based on a high degree of coupling between the international Olympic education goals and the basic education reform goals of China in the new era.It is based on the Beijing 2022“Olympic Education Demonstration Schools”and“Schools featured by Ice and Snow Sports”as well as the practical needs of the post Winter Olympics era.It is composed of 5 first-grade indicators,16 second-grade indicators and 41 third-grade indicators,which provides a theoretical and practical model for the sustainable development of Olympic education in China,the promotion of“simultaneous development on five qualities”and“quaternity”goals of physical education in the era of post-Bei-jing Winter Olympics.The“Chinese Approach”of the implementation and evaluation system of Beijing 2022 Olympic education has not only made unique Chinese contribution to international Olympic education but contributed the Chinese wisdom for the sustainable development of Olympic movement as well.
