新零售背景下高职院校连锁经营管理专业产教融合育人路径探究

摘　　要：随着科学技术的发展进步,我国零售业正经历第五次转型,当前“新零售”正以一种全新的商业模式迅猛发展。经济转型势必也会促使人才培养模式的转型。分析了新零售背景下,高职院校连锁经营专业人才培养模式的现状,及现行培养模式存在的一些弊端。对高职院校产教融合育人模式提出了几点设想及建议,希望对新零售业态下连锁经营人才培养有所参考和借鉴。With the development and progress of science and technology,China's retail industry is undergoing the fifth transformation,the current new retail is developing rapidly with a new business model.The transformation of talent training mode must be promoted by the economic transformation.The current situation of chain operation professional personnel training mode in higher vocational colleges under the background of new retail and some disadvantages of the current training mode are analyzed in this paper.Some ideas and suggestions on the mode of production-education integration in higher vocational colleges are put forward,hoping to provide some reference for the training of chain management talents under the new retail format.
