摘　　要：抑郁症是一种高风险性的临床常见精神疾病,患病率高,常因被漏诊而不能接受有效治疗。SPECT可显示脑血流和脑功能情况,为评估抑郁症病情严重程度及抑郁患者的治疗效果提供客观依据。研究发现,抑郁症患者存在脑血流灌注异常,主要表现在前额叶、扣带回、额叶、颞叶、前额叶和边缘系统的脑血流灌注减低,及脑区的少部分区域出现血流灌注增加。SPECT神经成像不仅能为抑郁症、共病中的抑郁症提供诊断客观依据,还可以通过观察治疗过程中的血流灌注情况指导改善抗抑郁药的治疗效果。笔者就近年来有关SPECT显像在抑郁症方面的研究进展进行综述。Depression is a high-risk clinical common mental llness with a high prevalence rate.It is often missed diagnosis,so these patients can't be treated effectively.SPECT can display cerebral blood flow and brain function,providing an objective basis for evaluating the severity of depression and the treatment effect of depression patients.Studies have found that patients with depression have abnormal cerebral blood perfusion,which is mainly manifested in the reduction of cerebral blood perfusion in the prefrontal lobe,cingulate gyrus,frontal lobe,temporal lobe,prefrontal lobe and limbic system,and increased of cerebral blood perfusion in a small part of the brain area.SPECT neuroimaging can not only provide objective evidence for the diagnosis of depression and comorbid depression,but also can guide the improvement of the therapeutic effect of antidepressants by observing the blood perfusion during the treatment process.This article reviews the research progress of SPECT imaging in depression in recent years.
