摘　　要：牙根发育异常严重影响牙齿正常行使功能,甚至导致牙齿的早期脱落。牙根发育异常的表现复杂多样,目前对该类疾病仍认识不足,具体的致病机制尚不清楚。本文在总结大量病例报告及研究进展的基础上,就主要的牙根发育异常疾病的临床表现和可能的致病机制进行综述。Abnormal root development seriously affects the function of teeth,and even causes early tooth loss.The development of tooth root is complex.At present,the diagnosis and treatment of these diseases are still poorly understood,and the specific pathogenesis is still unclear.Based on a large number of research and case reports,we review the clinical manifestations and possible pathogenesis of root dysplasia.
