摘 要:“双减”政策改变了义务教育阶段校外辅导市场的生态,同时影响家庭对子女课外有偿辅导的投资行为。家庭因所拥有的资本结构不同而遵循的教育投资策略各异,高经济和高文化家庭倾向于追求“地位下降回避”策略;“双低”家庭更关注教育的就业收入而采取“收入追求”策略。家庭教育投资策略型塑家庭教育投资行为。“双减”政策之下,追求“地位下降回避”策略的家庭选择保持或增加教育投资,采取“收入追求”策略的家庭选择减少或停止教育投资。家庭教育投资策略的分化将导致“双减”政策预期目标的部分偏离、新的教育不公以及社会地位再生产等后果。需要从学校、辅导市场以及家长多方面采取应对措施以避免政策的非预期后果,实现教育公平。China’s“Double Reduction Policy”has changed the ecological environment for the extracurricular tutoring class market in the compulsory education stage,which at the same time,affected parents’investment decision in their childs’paid extracurricular tutoring classes.Households with different capital backgrounds tend to adopt different strategies.Households with high income levels and high educational levels tend to adopt a strategy of“avoiding downward mobility in social status”;low income level households with low educational levels focus more on the direct expected income.Thus,they would adopt the strategy of“pursuing direct income”.Such different strategies would hence cause different decision makings in household education investment.Under the“double reduction policy”,households adopting the strategy of“avoiding downward mobility in social status”would choose to maintain or increase their investment in education,while households that follow the strategy of“pursuing income”would rather either decrease or stop their investment in education.Differentiation in the strategy of household education investment under China’s“double reduction policy”caused by the difference in capital backgrounds would result in consequences such as divergence from policy’s original intention,new education inequality and social status reproduction.Measures need to be taken from various aspects such as schools,tutoring markets and parents to avoid unintended consequences of double reduction policy,and achieve educational equity.
