摘　　要：目的探讨丙氨酰-谷氨酰胺联合生长抑素对急性水肿型胰腺炎患者肠道功能的影响。方法选取安福县人民医院2022年1月1日-2023年12月31日期间符合条件的急性水肿型胰腺炎患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)和观察组(n=40),其中对照组采用生长抑素治疗,观察组采用丙氨酰-谷氨酰胺联合生长抑素治疗。评估两组患者临床疗效、炎性因子、肠道功能、并发症、满意度及生活质量。结果治疗后观察组总有效率、IL-10水平、满意度、SF-36中各个项目评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的CRP、IL-6、ET、DAO、D-LA的水平及并发症发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性水肿型胰腺炎患者采用丙氨酰-谷氨酰胺联合生长抑素治疗可提高治疗效果,抑制炎症反应,改善肠道功能,降低并发症的发生率,提高患者的满意度和生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of alanyl glutamine combined with somatostatin on intestinal function in patients with acute edematous pancreatitis.Methods A total of 80 eligible patients with acute edematous pancreatitis in our hospital from January 1,2022 to December 31,2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group(n=40).The control group was treated with somatostatin,and the observation group was treated with alanyl glutamine combined with somatostatin.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors,intestinal function,complications,satisfaction and quality of life of the two groups were evaluated.Results The total effective rate,IL-10 level,satisfaction and SF-36 scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of CRP,IL-6,ET,DAO,D-LA and the incidence of complications in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Alanyl glutamine combined with somatostatin in the treatment of patients with acute edematous pancreatitis can improve the therapeutic effect,inhibit inflammatory reaction,improve intestinal function,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the satisfaction and quality of life of patients.
