摘　　要：目的探究分析血清PSA、fPSA检测对无症状前列腺癌的筛查价值。方法抽取自2021年6月-2023年1月期间于单县中心医院接受检查诊断的107例疑似无症状前列腺癌患者为观察对象,经过病理性诊断确诊者有92例,将其设为观察组,再选择同期接受健康体检的100名人员设为对照组,均按照规定对其进行血清PSA、fPSA检测,观察比较血清PSA、fPSA检测的诊断准确性,比较两组人员的血清PSA、fPSA检测水平和FPSA/TPSA比值。结果①血清PSA检验无症状前列腺癌的诊断敏感度、特异度、阴阳性预测值与fPSA检验结果差异不大,数据经统计学软件分析比较,结果显示P>0.05;②经过检验后发现,观察组患者的血清PSA、fPSA水平均高于对照组,而FPSA、TPSA的比值低于对照组,数据经统计学软件分析比较,结果显示P<0.05。结论血清PSA、fPSA检测对无症状前列腺癌的筛查价值较高,可以作为鉴别、诊断无症状前列腺癌的有效指标,能够为后期制定治疗方案奠定良好的诊断基础,是一种切实有效的检测方式,值得推广应用。Objective To explore and analyze the screening value of serum PSA and fPSA for Asymptomatic prostate cancer.Methods 107 patients with suspected Asymptomatic prostate cancer who were examined and diagnosed in our hospital from June 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the observation objects.92 patients were confirmed by pathological diagnosis,and they were set as the observation group.Then 100 people who received physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group.All of them were tested for serum PSA and fPSA according to the regulations,and the diagnostic accuracy of serum PSA and fPSA was observed and compared,Compare the serum PSA,fPSA detection levels,and FPSA/TPSA ratio between the two groups of personnel.Results①The diagnostic sensitivity,specificity and yin-yang predictive value of serum PSA test for Asymptomatic prostate cancer were not significantly different from those of fPSA test.The data were analyzed and compared by statistical software,and the results showed that P>0.05;②After testing,it was found that the serum PSA and fPSA levels of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the FPSA/TPSA ratio was lower than that in the control group.The data was analyzed and compared using statistical software,and the results showed P<0.05.Conclusion Serum PSA and fPSA detection have high screening value for asymptomatic prostate cancer,and can be used as effective indicators for differential diagnosis of asymptomatic prostate cancer.They can lay a good diagnostic foundation for formulating treatment plans in the later stage,and are a practical and effective detection method that is worth promoting and applying.
